Confidential Financial Statement
Your financial statement and your official bank certification letter need to show that you (or your sponsor) have the minimum amount required for one academic year (i.e. $17,236) in your bank account.

Intent to Transfer Form
Submit an Intent to Transfer Form only if you are transferring from a school in the United States where you attended as an F-1 student.
